saftey at Ella's K9 Training is our number one prioity, so please make sure you read all of our T&C's so we have create a totally safe and happy  envioment for everyones furry friends are kept safe.

We expect all client's too have exposed any medical conditions (incuding alligies) / injury’s the dog has, clients are responsible for doing this prior to any session, walk or board. I agree to comply with instructions, rules and decisions made by Ella's K9 Training to ensure our safety as dog and handler and that of anyone else or any other dogs safety. I must inform Ella's K9 Training at first signs of season, and any change to my dogs health (including up coming surgeries/ spraying & neutering). I am responsible for feeding my dog a healthy diet and will provide this food to k9 Training when boarded or had for extend Period. Ella's K9 Training is not responsible for any and all loss of a dog or handler belongs.

24 hour cancellation to any sessions/ walks Board is required or full payment will be taken (if my dog is unwell I must inform Ella's K9 Training prior to pick up or drop off – payment loss will be up to Ella's K9 Training discretion). Multiple day boards deposit will be lost if cancelled at any time after booking. My dog is up to date on vacation and treatments and isn’t carrying any ticks, fleas, rabies or anything else.

 

I understand Ella's K9 Training does doesn’t guarantee any results and that to make a change to my dog and me and or handler I will need to change aspects of their life. I give permission for Ella's K9 Training and Ella Rudd to use photo and videos of my dog as Educational marketing. I herby consent I and anyone else who may claim against Ella's K9 Training or it’s owner will not be able toI understand that Ella's K9 Training will be taking the best possible care of your loved one but in the unlikly event Ella's K9 Training and all assoated with them take no responsibility for any form of illness, injury, death or loss of dog,  client or myself.. Also I am responsible for my dog, if my dog is to injure or kill another dog or handler I am responsible
